What is the Medical Mentoring Program?

A comprehensive professional program launched by DJAEV to support resident doctors in hospitals in Yemen by connecting them with specialized Yemeni doctors working in German hospitals, providing professional mentoring, practical guidance, and high-quality medical expertise.

The program follows a Mentor-Mentee model through regular virtual sessions via Zoom or MS Teams, enabling effective communication across geographical borders.

  • Specialized Yemeni doctor, preferably working in Germany
  • At least 3 years of professional experience after specialization
  • Willingness to share expertise and support the next generation
  • Commitment to at least one session per month
  • Respond to messages within 48–72 hours
  • Participate in mid-term and final evaluation
