A non-profit registered doctors’ association that has promoted medical cooperation between Germany and Yemen since 2011.
Our Vision & Mission
The German-Yemeni Doctors Association (DJAEV) was founded in 2011 through an initiative by a group of German doctors of Yemeni origin. Its aim is to build bridges of communication and cooperation in the medical and scientific fields between Germany and Yemen.
The association promotes medical exchange, supports healthcare structures in Yemen, and assists Yemeni doctors in Germany with integration, recognition procedures, continuing education, and professional development.
A special focus is placed on specialist medical missions, medical camps, training programs, scientific cooperation, as well as awareness and prevention campaigns. DJAEV sees itself as a bridge between two worlds — medical, human, and responsible.
Promoting scientific and medical exchange between Germany and Yemen through specialized training and qualification programs.
Supporting healthcare institutions in Yemen with medical supplies, technical guidance, and targeted training to improve care quality.
Organizing workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences in cooperation with doctors and healthcare professionals in Yemen.
Coordinating humanitarian initiatives and voluntary medical campaigns involving doctors and healthcare providers working in Germany.
